New Free Web Directory
Just created not long ago. A free web directory that offers free website inclusion for quality sites is now open for submission. The directory is strict which means that even though it provides a free inclussion, the quality of those site must be good and that they must be submitted in the appropriate category.
The site offers a deep page inclusion, which means if your site is http://sub.mysite.com or http://mysite.com/deeppage.html and are of quality. The directory also will accept a listing on a multifull categories, this depends on what the site is all about. So if a site sells a product within the UK only and that product is a clothing wear, then it can also be submitted in the Shopping/clothing category.
Here are the Top Category structures of the directory. There are over 1000 categories t choose from, so choose wisely. Any site that are submitted in the top categories are automatically delete with no reviews for inclusion to the directory.

Bid For Position
Purchase this domain Bid For Position for the sake of turning into a phpLB, but I been pretty much accupied with IndexQueen.com and didn’t have much time to develop it. One day I went a head and made it as php Link Bid directory. I like the colors I use on this directory and satisfied with the category chosen structures.

Budget Directory
I like kinda like how this turn out at Budget Directory. Once a phpLD with only 20 categories, at some points in it’s short life it wasn’t going anywhere as far as submission is going, so I converted it into as php Link Bid and kept the category structures. The directory got a PR3 on the last PR update and half of the categories got a PR3 aswell, which makes it a perfect phpLB to convert. So fat I got 10 people that submitted and it is not quite known as I have not a chance to expose of it.

Much improve directory
Indexqueen Web Directory has been slightly improve by updating it’s link bidding script to the latest version and it now has a category structure much like the one below.
Edit: I have also included some contents on the sidebars that I think will improve on getting more visitors by searches.

Just random…
I’ve launch www.linkpawn.com the other day and it’s very frustrating having a free directory when they don’t submit to the proper categories. With the launching of www.linkpawn just the other day I was recieving a fair amount of sites and for the first half a day I say most where submitted on it’s proper category, then it din’t take long before alot of them where being submitted in the top category.
It is alot harder to administer on phpLD 2x than it is on 3x. On phpld3x you can just “Click All” and click Remove button to delete, but not on 2x, you have to delete them one by one. I think the people of phpLD designed it this way to make some people turn to paid.
So if you ever decided to make your own directory, do not let it be a free directory using phpLD 2x.
So, with that note I don’t think i will be launching Index Queen as free, it’s going to be a paid directory.
